Terms of Service

I reserve the right to decline any commission requests for any reason.

Violating t.o.s at any point during the commission process can result in cancellation/ termination of the entire project.

You will receive a full resolution digital file. No physical item will be delivered.

I do not allow my art to to be used for AI training or anything alike.

By default, these commissions are intended for commercial use including applications such as streaming or merchandise. i.e commercial rights fees are already included in the price provided.

You are required to give proper credit to me and my social media (@_keiuu) when posting/ publicising the commission.

I reserve the right to post on my social media and/or portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

Payment is in USD and will be via bank transfer (wise) or stripe. I do not use paypal.

I am open to split payments, payment upfront or on completion. Payment plan will be discussed and agreed upon at the beginning of the process.

Files of the completed commission will only be sent over once I receive ALL of the due payment.

I do not provide refunds unless I am unable to complete the commission or if I have not started working on it at all.

For urgent deadlines please discuss with me beforehand - rush fees of up to 50% will incur depending on complexity and timeframe. However, I still reserve the right to decline rush requests if i deem it is not possible.

The commission wilI officially commence once payment, deadline schedule and references have been agreed upon and organised.

Depending on complexity, it could take around 1-2 months for the completion of a commission.

I will generally send 3 stages of updates: sketch, half completed, final image.

Up to 3 major revisions can be requested during the first two stages only. Any major revisions afterwards will incur a fee which will vary depending on complexity and time taken.

Minor adjustments within reason can be made at any stage such as colour adjustments, missing or inaccurate details etc.

I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element if no feedback was given to amend it.
